1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of GlobalBridge Language Institute ("the Institute"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, though enrolled students will be protected from increases for the duration of their current course.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 90% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given after the first class session has commenced.

3. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct towards all instructors, staff, and fellow students, both in physical classes and online forums. The Institute reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates this policy, without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lessons, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of GlobalBridge Language Institute and are provided for the sole use of the enrolled student. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.
